LICENSING AGREEMENT

This Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date purchased, by and between My Affiliate Artist ("Licensor"), and the buyer of the 'My Step by Step guide' Product ("Licensee").

WHEREAS, Licensor is the sole and exclusive owner of the 'My Step by Step guide' -product ("Product");

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

TERMS OF LICENSE:

By entering into this agreement, the Licensee agrees to the following terms concerning the use, resale, and distribution of the 'My Step by Step Guide' - product. It is for the sole purpose of personal use and the buyer is not allowed to resell or share digitally with a third party.
